Robinson’s Operations Team at our Eden Prairie office and is responsible for the daily supervision and development of a team of trainers. This is a varied and mission-critical role that promotes a culture of customer service excellence through the development and implementation of process and systems training for new and existing employees, with emphasis on performance, efficiency and quality.  You’ll leverage your corporate training expertise and strong leadership presence to provide structure, direction and energy to a motivated and established team of trainers. You’ll also be pivotal in the ground-up development and implementation of a quality assurance program that will further cement C.H.
