Opportunity to work with the UKs Best In-House Digital Team of the year (awarded in 2016) The Product Owner is a critical role in delivering our exciting mission and be part of a huge transformation. The primary purpose of the role is to develop and maintain digital product roadmap to deliver the best in class customer experience and maximum ROI for all Search and Browse initiatives. This includes identifying opportunities, creating business cases and work with stakeholders in the markets, UX department and the Agile team to implement the changes. Accountabilities Define product page vision and roadmap that will create an unrivalled experience in providing relevant content, accurate information, technical expertise and solutions for customersDrive key metrics such as Sales, Conversion, and Customer achieving objectivesDevelop business cases using multiple insights such as customer feedback, competitor benchmark, strategic directions, and analytics (Adobe) Accountable for the product backlog prioritisation, and deliverables for an Agile team of 10-12 staffDrive collaboration with x-functional teams such as Content, User Experience Research and Design, SEO, Analytics, Multi Variate Testing, and ITWork with Analytics team to validate the benefit calculation, ensuring well-crafted hypothesis with clear measurements of success and monitor the impact of changesCommunicate product plan, rationale for changes, features, benefits and the impact of each change as well as managing stakeholders demand *Strong experience in developing product roadmaps using analytical data and customer research to drive changesStrong experience in managing execution by leading x-functional teamsPassion for the customer experienceCommercial drivenCan work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment Please apply online and upload your CV in English and follow any instructions online.
